Delivery Information 

  • Pay in store option available.
  • Click and Collect – pay online and collect in store. The receipt/email must be presented.
  • Delivery is 2-5 working days.  All items are sent by registered post and therefore must be signed for.
  • Delivery to the Island of Ireland Free for Orders over €70. €7.50 under €70, U.K. €15.  Contact us for International Delivery Quotations.
  • If for some reason you want to cancel your order before it has been shipped to you email us at info@whitmorejewellers.com
  • Most items are in stock.  Exceptions to this are birthstone Claddagh Rings, we keep a selection of sizes in stock and order when needed, which may take a few days longer. All patterned wedding rings are made to order.  If we do not have your chosen item in stock we will contact you with an alternative delivery date.  We keep limited sizes of engagements ring in stock, please contact us to discuss your requirements info@whitmorejewellers.com

Returns & Exchanges

We operate a strict 14 days refund policy and a 30 day exchange policy.  These policies cover items bought in our online store and all goods must be returned unworn, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

Should you wish to exchange or return an item email us at info@whitmorejewellers.com  Items should be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. If you choose to return by post we recommend using registered post.  We will not be responsible for items lost while in transit back to us.

Items presented in store can be exchanged only.  Refunds cannot be processed in store.

Please note Earrings CANNOT be exchange for hygiene reasons.
